2022 Marine Corps Ball

On November 12th Detachment 296 held our Annual Ball for the Marine Corps Birthday. We had the honor of having some Marines, from the local Reserve Unit, provide our color guard for the evening. Traditional ceremonies were held including the Commandant Speeches, and the Cake Cutting Ceremony. Our guest speaker Victoria McCoy, Dept. of PA Jr Vice Commandant, gave an inspirational speech about her experiences in the Marine Corps. Our Detachment Ajutant/Paymaster Colyer James was presented with the Detachment Marine of the Year Award. After all the formal ceremonies were concluded several of our members and guests danced the night away.
