Adam Polster Hometown Hero

On Friday, March 8, Adam Polster, a member of detachment 296, was recognized during the Lehigh Valley Phantoms as a Hometown Hero. Adam enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2009. During his multiple tours during Operation Enduring Freedom Adam took part in over 60 combat patrols and received two purple hearts. After his enlistment was up Adam came home and is now a local police officer. Adam is the second member of our Detachment to be recognized at the Phantoms game out of the 1530 applicants they received. It was a fun event to attend and I am proud to have been able to be there to recognize Adam for not only what he did during his time in the Corps., but his continued service to our community.
