We , as a detachment, have worked very hard to show our commitment to our local veterans and the Lehigh Valley community. The album below shows all of the awards and commendations we received for the year 2015. Good work marines, you make my job that much easier with all of your efforts.

Membership Commendation – to Lehigh Valley Detachment 296 in appreciation and gratitude for you meritorious accomplishment in maintaining a 115.79% membership during the period of 1 June 2014 to 31 May 2015
2015 Membership Award – a plaque was presented to Lehigh Valley Detachment 296 winning the 2nd place (Category 1) membership award at the Dept. of PA 70th Annual Convention in State College, PA.
100% Membership Streamer- a streamer was presented to the detachment for maintaining a 100% roster
